Karen Birmingham Reserve Zinfandel Lodi 2015

Premium Napa Cabernet for less than $20?!

    • Matt took the most pleasurable parts of Napa Valley Cabernet– its juicy, round fruit, and its dark and intense flavor– and made one of the most luxurious wines in the world fun to drink.
    • How can a Napa Cab this good cost $17.99?! Matt is an extremely well-connected winemaker in the Napa Valley, from his time making wine at Beringer, Stags' Leap and others. When set out to make the perfect "everyday" Napa Cab, he knew just where to go to find it.
    • This wine will impress anybody who tastes it and NOBODY will guess the price. It's your perfect wine to host a dinner or to bring as a gift. Keep a bottle in the cupboard at all times and you'll never be caught unprepared.

Aging advice
This wine can easily age for several years, but it's surprisingly smooth already and ready to drink if you like big rich wines with oak and tannin.

Serving advice
Please decant! Or open and let it breathe, pour it from one glass to another or anything to get some air in. This is a big wine that deserves the effort.
