Rich and refreshing French Chablis that's dripping with luxury

    • This old-vine white dances with delicate fruit flavors, a touch of sweet nectar and an indulgent, smooth finish that tickles your tongue.

    • With your support, Benjamin is the 7th generation in his family to make Premier Cru Chablis! He loves introducing Angels to the unique terroir of Chablis through his luxurious white wines – celebrating “what has been below the surface of our vineyards for centuries.”

    • And this limited-production bottle is upper crust. Ben is super-picky about the vines he uses – “it might reduce our production quantity, but at the end of the day the bottle never compromises on quality.” Grab this treasure before it’s gone!

Aging advice
From now until 8 years, I am pretty sure it will still be astonishing, although 2015 is not the vintage with the highest level of acidity – which made it rounder and fleshier than traditional but with less potential for aging than 2013 or 2014.

Serving advice
Open the bottle 10 minutes before service. (It should not be served too fresh.) Around 13°C, not less.

Local food match
This wine will be a fantastic accompaniment with cooked oysters, white fish with savory sauce, chicken (my local favorite is Bresse chicken with morel cream sauce), veal, French andouillette, escargot, or goat cheese.
