Best before
Our Chablis can be drunk young to appreciate its freshness. Of course, with time it will show complexity and secondary aromas will develop with the age. From 2 to 5 years is a perfect timing (2017-2020). It is interesting to open a few bottles of this wine along the years to understand the evolution.
Serving advice
No decanting is necessary. It should not be served too fresh. Between 12 to 14 degrees C is perfect.

Oysters and a typical Burgundian cheese: Chaource.
