This refined red was made for drinking now, but it will also age nicely for up to 5 years.
Serving advice
Like all of my wines, I suggest decanting this red and letting it air out for about 20 minutes before serving.
Food match
I like Montana-grown ribeye with this silky-smooth red, but a nice plate of pasta and red sauce is great too!
