- Rich and complex with plums and blackberries, high-end wine like this would normally cost an arm and a leg...but Angel funding makes this Australian beaut an everyday pleasure.
- Stuart's Cabernet got a new surname- and it isn't nearly as difficult to say as Sauvignon. He was bored of standard reds- so this Aussie went and blended up Cab Sauv and Merlot grapes together. His alchemy is your well-deserved gain.
Best before
This wine drinks well now, but has the flavor and tannins to age for another 10-12 years (for the patient and disciplined wine drinkers.)
Serving advice
Open an hour before drinking to allow the aromatics to really develop.

Meet the winemaker - Stuart Pym
- Meet Stuart.... Born in Perth, Stuart has been making wine for 31 years. He is a legend and the man behind Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate and Stella Bella just to name a few.
- Stuart has made wines in the Yarra Valley, Geelong and Bordeaux. He also undertook a study trip to Tuscany and Piedmonte, Burgundy and the Loire as well as Rioja and Priorat. So you could say he has a fair bit of experience.
- His label, 'Hearts and Bones' celebrates the release of the creative spirit from the constraints of day-to-day reality. It is with the support of the Angels that this burst of vinous creativity is able to happen.
