This is classic California Chardonnay, bursting with flavors like bright golden apples and candied lemons, plus extra oomph from barrel age - it’s oh-so toasty and creamy.
Angel funding allowed famed Joseph Phelps alum Jac to source his grapes from a vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley, a small Sonoma region specializing in Chardonnay with lots of character and great balance.
This Sonoma Chardonnay is perfect with a beautiful salmon filet – keep a few bottles on hand for rich seafood dishes!
