My Rebel Cabernet Sauvignon is delicious now and can be aged for 4-5 years, until 2025.
Serving advice
I recommend decanting this Cabernet or allowing it to breathe for 2-3 hours prior to serving. The ideal serving temperature is 57º-64°F. Once opened, my Rebel Cabernet is best consumed within two days to maximize its freshness and flavor.
Food match
Cabernet Sauvignon and lamb are a classic combination in my family's home. My mum's roasted leg of lamb, served with roasted potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato and green beans is a favorite with my Rebel Cabernet. For a vegetarian twist, try it with a homemade mushroom and goat cheese tart.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
