Soooo much scrumptious flavor - this red is plum perfection

Best before
I recommend ageing my Rebel Shiraz for the short to medium term. It's so very hard to resist now, but it will mature beautifully for 3-4 years until 2020.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Rebel Shiraz at room temperature, and opening or decanting for a couple of hours before serving.
Food match
My Rebel Shiraz can certainly handle a bit of heat from the kitchen, the spicy flavors in the wine complementing the food perfectly.
Try it with a spice-crusted beef fillet with masala potatoes and split peas; or a chickpea and cauliflower pilaf.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
