Angel support gave Jim access to two cool, windy coastal vineyards in Santa Barbara's Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria regions that “live on the edge of being cool enough to barely ripen” – resulting in a long growing season and a Pinot with juicy fruit flavors and silky smoothness.

This Pinot is great solo, but will stand up to poultry dishes like rotisserie chicken and duck confit – or mushroom risotto – yes, please. Pass the Pinot.
