With Angel funding, Nova captured the essence of the New York region where Riesling shines. She selected premium grapes from vineyards across two main lakes – Seneca and Keuka – to bring you a wine that wows.

Serving advice
If you open upon release, I always recommend decanting it just to give it time to breathe. Don't serve it too cold since this can mute the flavors.
