Serving advice
Open an hour or so before you want to drink it. This will allow the wine to breathe and open up before pouring. Before you drink the last glass, put it to your nose and breathe in the aromas of vanilla and toasty oak.

I have always liked my red blends with something off the grill. Pork, pastas, chicken (yes chicken) and beef all will pair nicely with the wine.
