All the Cabernets we have made are very much age-worthy. We've been making Cabernets since 2004. Every now and then we pull a bottle out of our library and find its still vibrant, bright and alive. Hold it for 10 to 12 years for its peak or open now and enjoy.
Serving advice
When you pull the cork on this wine do it a couple of hours before you pour it.
Food match
There is always a ribeye somewhere waiting for this wine. However, being close to fresh fish on California's Central Coast, I love swordfish with a Cabernet reduction sauce on it paired with this Cab. For sides, try new baby potatoes boiled and fresh grilled asparagus!
