Crisp, fruity sparkling Rosé from a master of Italian sparkling wines
- This lively and easy-drinking sparkling Rosé is buzzing with bright and juicy fresh fruit flavors that glide into a long, vibrant, thirst-quenching finish.
- With the help of Angel funding, winemaker Paolo Sacchetto brought together a blend of Merlot, Pinot Nero (what the Italians call Pinot Noir) and just a touch of native Italian Raboso grapes to give this pink delight its distinct fruit-driven character.
- To let his Rosé’s fruity flavors shine their brightest, Paolo crafted the wine using the Charmat method – the same way he makes his high-end Proseccos. The result is a crisper, fruitier style of sparkling wine that takes easy-sipping to a whole new level.

Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
