Zinfandel, Tempranillo, and Petite Sirah all lend themselves to aging - no reason why this Jubilee can't continue to age for a couple more years.
Serving advice
Chill, chill and chill. Then take it out of the cooler or the refrigerator and open it up. You'll notice as the wine warms a bit, lots of fruits come forth and the flavors soften. Let it rest and breathe for about 15 minutes after opening and voilà!

Meet the winemaker - Scott Peterson
- Scott was an integral part of the Kendall-Jackson winemaking team when KJ was defining California Chardonnay in the 90s. That style is known all over the world as unctuous, ripe and packed with power.
- He loves working with Angel funding because you let him make the wines he wants to – his way. He's old school, and he doesn't want to make a new style of wine just because it's fashionable.
