About the wine
If nothing but the most extravagant Napa Cabernet will do...
Of all the high-powered reds Scott makes for Angels, this tops the decadent cake. It’s drenched with rich dark fruit and has a soulful smoothness from luxurious French Oak aging.
With your funding, Scott headed to elite vineyards in Oakville - one of Napa's ritziest sub-appellations. This land of premium Cabernet delivers bottles that cost $60, $70, even $200 a pop. As an Angel, it's yours for less than half that price!
This top-shelf Napa Cabernet is an Angel-favorite - one you don’t want to sleep on.
Best before
This Cab will age gracefully for 20+ years.
Serving advice
This big red deserves decanting, or should at least be allowed to breathe for up to 30-45 minutes before being enjoyed.
Food match
Simple grilled meats are a perfect match for this kind of show-stealing Cab.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Scott Peterson
- Scott was an integral part of the Kendall-Jackson winemaking team when KJ was defining California Chardonnay in the 90's. That Cali Chardonnay style is known all over the world as unctuous, ripe and packed with power.
- He loves working with Angel funding because you let him make the wines he wants to in the way he wants to make them -- He's old school, and he doesn't want to make a new style of wine just because it's fashionable.
- If you like gloriously rich, no-holds-barred Californian wine, go and buy everything Scott makes. You will not regret it.
