About the wine
Vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from two Sonoma legends
- This crisp, lively white is flush with tropical fruit and a racy streak of citrus – everything you expect in a classic Sauvignon Blanc – brought to you by a pair of Sonoma icons, Ondine Chattan and Daryl Groom!
- Sauvignon Blanc grows like a charm in the Russian River Valley, and Ondine and Daryl have a long-standing connection to some of the region’s best. With your funding, they're able to share this easy-sipping favorite with Angels everywhere.
- With over 50 years of experience between them, if you want anyone making you a crisp, thirst-quenching Sauvignon Blanc from this coveted corner of Sonoma, it’s Ondine and Daryl. Bring home some bottles and taste why!
Best before
Sauvignon Blanc does not benefit from age, as all of its exuberance and fruit is best in its youth. The wine will drink optimally in the first 18-24 months after release. Store in cool or chilled conditions.
Serving advice
We choose to seal this offering with a screwcap for the ease of access it offers. There is no need for airing it out or allowing the wine to breathe prior to serving.
Food match
Shellfish, seafood and salads are a perfect match to the racy and mineral character of this wine. Try poached prawn with fresh mango salsa, classic Baja fish tacos and summer salads with vegetables and fruits.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Ondine Chattan
Unmistakably one of the North Coast’s top winemaking talents, Ondine Chattan’s worked for wine institutions – famed wineries like Ridge Vineyards, Cline Cellars, and spent decades running famed Healdsburg winery Geyser Peak.
Does Geyser Peak sound familiar? It should – it’s the long-time winemaking home of one legendary Daryl Groom – and it’s where these decades-long colleagues and friends met. They’re still close… in fact, they might collaborate on exclusive wines now and again.*wink.*
Ondine is awestruck by the wine community Angels have built – and she wants to help it grow. “I truly connect to people through the wines I make,” she said. “The stories of the growers, the vineyards, and the process behind the wine are as vital to me as grapes.”
