About the wine
The first Angel-funded demi-sec sparkling, made by an expert in all things lush.
- When Angels clamored for some slightly sweeter bubbles, Wayne made this lush demi-sec bubbly with the same process as Champagne -- the result is an absolute treasure that's easy to drink and still as richly creamy as you expect the Eponina to be.
- Wayne's bubbles are the bomb. He was the headwinemaker for Chandon in California (as in Moet & Chandon!) so he has a sparkling reputation for making luxury bubbles.
- This is the first demi-sec sparkling funded by American Angels. This will be sold out faster than you can imagine.

Meet the winemaker - Wayne Donaldson
- The former head winemaker responsible for Domaine Chandon's bubbly. As in Moët & Chandon. He makes bubbles exclusively for you now.
- Wayne knows how to make the world's finest bubbly, but it's exceptionally expensive to go into sparkling winemaking on your own, so he's always had to work for big companies with prestigious brands...
- ...until Angels funded his exclusive range of Californian sparkling wine. Now it sells as fast as he can produce it and he's free to make wines the way they deserve to be made — instead of being bound to some big company's "brand image."
