My Diamond Merlot is delicious as a young wine, but will reward careful cellaring for ten years until 2028.
Serving advice
I recommend opening (and decanting if possible) my Diamond Merlot approximately 2 hours prior to serving. The ideal serving temperature is 57-64°F (don't be afraid to chill it slightly in summer).
