My Rebel Red is great drinking now, but will mature in the short to medium term until 2025.
Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or allowing the wine to breathe for 2 hours prior to serving. The ideal serving temperature is 57-64°F.
Food match
My Rebel Red is very food friendly and goes well with most red meat dishes, such as beef spare ribs, homemade meatloaf or rich and hearty vegetarian dishes such as eggplant, tomato and olive stew.

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
