Jonathan Maltus Worlds End Reserve Against the Wind 2009
About the wine
Once in a lifetime treat from the winemaker behind the world's most expensive Cabernet Franc.
- Wines this epic don't come very often. This is primo Napa Cabernet Franc made by Jonathan Maltus (the 100 point winemaker who is famous for making the world's most expensive Cabernet Francs).
- Full disclosure: This wine was not Angel funded. In 2009, Jonathan launched this himself and he sold all of it at a very high price, keeping just a small library back for himself.
- But Jonathan's so grateful for your support on his Bordeaux project Garagiste, that he is selling the last precious drops of this inaugural vintage of spectacular World's End Cabernet Franc to you, and he is honoring the Angel discount!

- Jonathan marches to the beat of a different drummer and loved the idea of making a wine that daringly defies people's expectations of what a Bordeaux wine must cost.
- If you want to drink from the world's most expensive wine region and one of the world's only 100 point winemakers, you can now do it for less than $20.
