Alex says, "I'd open this bottle when you're looking for a solid week night wine, or hold on to it for some time and pop it for a special occasion."
Serving advice
After open your bottle, Alex recommends letting it sit with the cork off for at least 30 minutes before serving it, or simply using a decanter if possible.

- Alex Farber is a startling young talent that Angels discovered working at a big fancy winery in Napa Valley.
- Every winery wishes it had an Alex Farber because she's diligent, passionate and knows her stuff... but most wineries hide their junior talent and shine a spotlight on some old fuddy-duddy consulting oenologist who drops by the winery a few times a year.
- Angels give credit where credit is due, and Alex now gets to make her own stunning wines (and gets all the applause!)
