About the wine
Mighty Malbec from your Central Coast champion
This rich, bold Malbec is loaded with lush, refined dark berry flavors from ripe raspberry and juicy plum to savory dark cherry, backed by a velvety texture and a long, sultry finish that lasts and lasts.
With your funding in her pocket, Sharon sourced primo fruit at the ideal ripeness from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara vineyards, and aged your wine for 9 months in French oak barrels for the perfect balance of refined flavor.
Pour a hefty glass and save room for extra-spicy buffalo burger, loaded up with crumbly blue cheese. Now it's a full-on flavor party!

It is approachable now and will continue to deliver excellent drinkability through 2027.
Serving advice
Let the wine rest for a minimum of two weeks after you receive it before opening your bottle. Please decant for 60 minutes prior to drinking to allow the wine time to breathe and fully develop its aromatics and flavors.

- It started as a few odd jobs in the cellar, and turned into a winemaking gig. Over 30 years later, Sharon can't imagine ever wanting to do anything else.
- Sharon's responsible for making some seriously great wines for others – thousands over her 30-year career. But she's always disappointed after the wine's shipped off... all that hard work, and she never hears what becomes of it!
- Now that you've made her an independent winemaker, she loves sharing her big, enthusiastic winemaking style with Angels – and hearing what you think!
