This one is a keeper. It will age for 25-30 years in proper cellar conditions, i.e., constant temperatures between 50-60F.

I would pair this wine with a dry-aged, bone-in ribeye and scalloped potatoes. It would also be great with osso buco, hearty meat pasta or grilled vegetables like portobello mushroom.
