About the wine
Big, bold and better than ever -- your top-rated Napa Cab returns!
This is big, bold and famous Napa Cab – loaded with ripe flavors like blackberries, plums... even rich roasted flavors like mocha. It's the work of a guy who speaks fluent 90+ rated Cabernet!
Using cream-of-the-crop fruit from some of the best vineyards in Valley, Matt made a wine that’s truly premium in quality, and – thanks to Angel funding – a premium deal.
Get a bottle of the top-selling Napa Cab on the site before it’s gone – with an average 94% rating, it’ll disappear quick. It ALWAYS does!
Best before
My advice would be to give the wine at least a year in the cellar, but ideally 2 or 4 years to be at its best. The wine will age for up to 5 to 7 years.
Serving advice
The wine will benefit from about an hour of decanting to let it open up and mellow prior to drinking. Serving at cellar temperature of around 55ºF also makes a big difference.
Food match
This wine is very versatile but there's really nothing better than pairing it with a big, juicy steak.
Contains sulphites
