Best before
This Cabernet was made to be enjoyed in the near future as most Angels drink it as soon as they purchase a bottle. But my advice would be to give the wine at least a year in the cellar, and ideally 2 to 4 years to be at its best. This Cabernet will age for up to 5 to 7 years.
Serving advice
The wine will benefit from decanting to let it open up and mellow prior to drinking - give it about an hour. Serving at around 55ºF will also make a big difference.

This wine is very versatile but I recommend it with steak - a perfect combo.
